GENERAL

What size art prints do you offer?
At the moment, we offer A4 (8.3" x 11.7") (210 x 297mm).

How many prints are sold per illustration?
Currently, for each illustration there will only be 50 prints sold.

Where is your e-shop based?
love, KAUR online store is based in The Netherlands.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! We ship to almost every country, worldwide. If your country isn’t included in the drop-down list at check out, then unfortunately we cannot deliver to you for reasons beyond our control.

How long does delivery take
Delivery can take anywhere from next day (usually in the Netherlands) to 15 working days. This depends entirely on which country you order from, customs, and busy holiday periods. While we aim to get your orders in your hands as soon as possible, we ask for your kind patience in receiving your delivery.

What delivery service are you using?
We use PostNL to ship out all your orders.

Can I place an order as a gift for someone?
Yes! You can get them a GIFT CARD as an easy option or scroll down on this page to 🌟 PURCHASE AS GIFT section to see how you can order a print directly as a gift.

How can I contact you directly?Best way to reach me directly is through this "contact me" form for any order or delivery inquiries.

Do you provide Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) for each print?
Yes! Each print comes with a sexy COA that contains special details and unique serial number to the piece that you purchased. These details are stored in our system for future authenticity reference.

What can I do with this COA?
Keep the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) as concrete evidence of your print's legitimacy. By doing so, you ensure that you possess an original creation and not a counterfeit piece. The COA is your assurance that the artwork isn't a random photograph or a print falsely attributed to another artist or an unrelated seller. This safeguard is vital in preserving the exclusivity and value of the artwork. An authenticated artwork inherently gains value due to its confirmed origin and authenticity.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! We ship to almost every country, worldwide. If your country isn’t included in the drop-down list at check out, then unfortunately we cannot deliver to you for reasons beyond my control.

How long does delivery take
Delivery can take anywhere from next day (usually in the Netherlands) to 15 working days. This depends entirely on which country you order from, customs, and busy holiday periods. While I aim to get your orders in your hands as soon as possible, I ask for your kind patience in receiving your delivery.

A tip for successful delivery:
Always double and triple check your delivery address before confirming your order and then check your confirmation email again.

I made an error on my delivery address. What do I do about it?
Please forward your confirmation email to us within 24hours with the correct delivery address. We will ensure to input the correct delivery address when fulfilling your order.

If this is not corrected within 48hours, unfortunately, the delivery might not reach you and may get returned to us. We can resend it back to you, but this will incur extra shipping cost for you.

Will I receive a tracking code for my delivery?
Yes, once we've packed up your order and send it off to PostNL, you will receive an email with the tracking code. If you did not receive an email with your tracking after 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us.

The tracking code does not work. What do I do?
Once you've received the email with the tracking code, give it about 24hours for PostNL to process it in their system. If your code is not trackable in 72 hours, please reach out to us here with your order number so we can check on the status of your delivery

I was not home when the delivery came by to drop off my package. What do I do about it?
Please use the delivery tracking page that you will receive in your email from the delivery service to check on this.

My delivery did not reach me. It seems to be lost in transition. What can I do about it?
Please reach out to us here with your order number and tracking so we can find a solution for you.

Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately not at the moment.
Here are the general shipping rates offered for orders above €14

➡️Domestic - Netherlands : €3.75

➡️Belgium, Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Monaco, Denmark, Luxembourg, Sweden : €5.75

➡️Rest of Europe : €6.75

➡️International - Rest of The World : €8.75

These orders will be shipped via priority mail

🌟Shipping fee for orders below €14: €1 worldwide

📮Your order would be delivered via snail-mail..meaning there will be a charming Dutch stamp on your parcel and it could take anywhere between 7-30 working days. This does not come with a tracking code.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. No damage to the prints and with everything that came in your package. You’ll also need the confirmation of purchase email, which you can find in your inbox upon purchase.

To process a return, email hello@lovekaur.com with the reason of return with any supporting images, if necessary. We will respond to you with a return address.

Damages and issues
Once you've received your order, please check that there are no damages and defects. If you've received a wrong item, please contact us here so we rectify this for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
All orders are final and cannot be exchanged.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. No damage to the prints and with everything that came in your package. You’ll also need the confirmation purchase email to be included.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@lovekaur.com.

GIFT CARDS / PURCHASE AS GIFT

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are a great way to share the love with a friend or family member if you are not sure which illustration they would connect with best. You can get a variety of amount through this page

When sending a gift card, do remember to include the email address of the person you are purchasing the gift card for. This will ensure the person receive the gift card email in their inbox.

PURCHASE AS GIFT

Can I place an order as a gift for someone?

Yes! You absolutely can, if you choose not to use the gift card option. I'm happy to fulfill this gift order for you. Please take note on the instructions below:

  1. When checking out, you would see 2 sections of details: delivery details & billing details.
  2. Please key in the name, address, and contact information of the person you would like the order to be sent to in the delivery details.
  3. Please key in your billing details in the billing details section to process a successful order
  4. Please ensure you key in your email address in the email address section so the order confirmation would reach you, instead of the person you are sending the gift to.
  5. Once you receive the confirmation order, please forward the confirmation to hello@lovekaur.com. In your forward email, please let me know that this is a gift.
  6. If you have a note you'd like to include, include it in the forward email and I will handwrite it on a pretty love, KAUR printed card to be included in the delivery.

Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

A tip when sending something as a gift:

It is best to plan this at least 2 weeks in advance of the special occasion. This will allow me time to process your order and for delivery to take place, especially if it is outside of the EU region. I cannot guarantee that the order will arrive right on the date. It might arrive earlier or later, depending on when you place the order and the delivery turnaround time.
