Are you filling your cart up with stickers only? Then we're keeping it the old-school method – your stickers will be sent off in an envelope, adorned with a charming Dutch stamp. 💌
No tracking code this time, but it's all part of the magic that keeps your delivery fee at its lowest of €1 globally. This will take a tad longer than the express route, but the anticipation will be worth it!🙂

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
No damage to the stickers and with everything that came in your package.
You’ll also need the confirmation of purchase email, which you can find in your inbox upon purchase.
To process a return, email hello@lovekaur.com with the reason of return with any supporting images, if necessary. We will respond to you with a return address.
Please note that return charges would be beared by customer(you)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
